Mrs Stanton will be keeping a record of who can manage themselves and their time and complete their homework each week. Those who do complete their homework on time will be rewarded with dojo points and house points! You can see our homework tracking at the bottom of this page.
Homework is given out every Thursday and due in the following Thursday. This gives families the week and weekend depending on when they have the most time available. Please come and see Mrs Stanton if you get stuck on a homework task or if you run out of time to complete all the tasks.

	Mathletics tasks will be set for you each week and will be checked the following week Complete the activities then you can play any games on Mathletics Times tables and basic facts Practice your times tables - focus on one at a time Everyone should know their 1x, 2x, 5x, 10x tables then work on learning 3x, 4x, 9x, 11x followed by 6x, 7x, 8x and 12x tables
	Reading for 10-15 mins per night - record in your homework slides Each week on a Tuesday in the library 3 people will share the books they have been reading with the class
	Each week you will choose 10 spelling words from your writing docs or inquiry book Practice these words at home and your spelling buddy will test you on the words the following week *
	Our inquiry topic for term 2 is: Different systems work together to keep the human body functioning. What are the different body systems? How do body systems work together? How do we keep our body system functioning well?
